Good News Ministry
Chapter by Chapter Christian Bible Study

Statement of Faith

WELCOME TO THE GOOD NEWS MINISTRY a non-denominational Christian ministry that embraces truth without tradition. We are not interested in the right or left, neither was Jesus. We seek answers to right and wrong through the teachings of Jesus and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Together we can find the answers we are all searching for to enjoy a long and healthy spiritual life in Jesus Christ.

Community Service Website: As you might have noticed there is no advertising on our website for uninterrupted web browsing, and we never ask for or accept donations. (Matthew 10:8, 1 Corinthians 2:12). The Gospel is for free, not for profit. We hope you enjoy our website and we welcome your return.

We believe in the God of the Bible and that the Holy Bible to be the Word of God. (Exodus 3:6-14, 2 Timothy 3:16 2 Peter 1:21).

We believe in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, the Word made flesh and that He died for us. (John 1:14, Romans 6:4).

We believe Jesus Christ was raised from the dead and ascended into heaven. (Matthew 28:6, Revelation 1:18).

We believe in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ at Calvary, for the sins of the world. (Romans 5:11, 1 John 2:2).

We believe that "God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16).

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith and not of works, and is a gift of God. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5).

We believe that all can receive the gift of the Holy Spirit that was promised of Jesus Christ. (John 16:7, Acts 2:1-8).

We believe Christ has broken the power of Satan and has given us power over him and his followers in "JESUS" name. (Hebrews 2:14, Luke 10:17-19).

We believe that Christians are in a spiritual battle against Satan and his followers and the mystery of the Gospel must be made known. (Ephesians 6:11-19).

We believe in the return of Jesus Christ when He will take the Throne of David to rule as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (Revelation 3:21).

Keep the faith,
Pastor Barton DiPlacido
